PlastiCert receives Top Shop designation


PlastiCert, a veteran of innovative and quality plastic injection molding design and manufacturing services for nearly 40 years, has been pronounced a Top Shop by Plastics Technology Magazine.

In the October edition of Plastics Technology Magazine, the editors revealed the results of their recently run benchmark survey for injection molders. Plastics Technology sent their exclusive benchmarking survey to subscribers. Of the companies that responded to this inaugural survey, Plastics Technology designated 27 injection molders as Top Shops. Their methodology queried the molders on numerous key performance indicators (KPIs). In addition to demographic data, the survey asked for information on some key metrics, including areas like sales growth, sales per machine and employee, scrap rate, and setup time, among others. Scoring on 10 of these metrics was used as a means to separate 2019’s Top Shops from the rest of the respondents.
