Hope Lutheran HS presents night of comedy
Hope Lutheran Drama Queens present a night of Comedy! This all-female cast will take on a large variety of roles as they tickle your funny bone while attempting to do “25 plays in 25 Minutes” by Kamon Klitgaard.
You better think fast, or you might miss the punchline! Come enjoy this fast-paced, madcap romp through a variety of hilarious situations.
After a brief intermission with refreshments, the girls will present, “Complaint Department and Lemonade” by Kamron Klitgaard. People will complain about anything — not almost anything, but absolutely anything!
In this rapid succession of hysterical grievances, the complaint department takes on everything form Oreo icing to kleptomania and from songs stuck in the head to the price of cheese and on and on and on.
Could there be a glimmer of hope for anyone in charge of a complaint department? With a clever concept of rotating each complainant into the seat behind the desk, each character not only airs their own grievances, but must also focus on someone else’s problem and assist them with their complaint. Hope Lutheran High School invites you to come and laugh, forget about your own complaints for awhile and enjoy a fun night of family entertainment.
“25 Plays in 25 Minutes” and “Complaint Department and Lemonade,” both by Kamron Klitgaard, are produced by special arrangement with Pioneer Drama Service, Inc., Denver Colo.
The performance will be on Friday, November 22, at 7 p.m. in St. Martin’s Lutheran School Auditorium.
