Members of the Body of Christ will all believe the following and are saved and can expect a resurrection prior to others as well as a place in the celestials (heaven of heavens) vs a place either in New Jerusalem that comes down from heaven or on the new earth for some others.
1 Cor 15:3,4: “... that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, and that He was entombed, and that He has been roused the third day according to the scriptures,”
There are no other boxes they need to have checked. They needn’t go to church or participate in sacraments or answer an altar call. Works are not required as such. However, works will be a manifestation and a fruit of this faith.
Obtaining faith cannot be our work. It is simply the fruit of God’s grace. A believer cannot be so of their own will yet God never forces them to do anything against their will. They must be influenced by God’s spirit to believe. They will then believe voluntarily. They will be unable to refuse. Faith is a consequence of God’s work and not a condition to cause God to work.
It is God’s choice. Ro 9:11: “For, not as yet being born, nor putting into practice anything good or bad, that the purpose of God may be remaining as a choice, not out of acts, but of Him Who is calling,”
There is no reward for faith in the way personal accomplishments might be awarded something. But a believer is put in the race by God. There is a wreath to be earned for running the race lawfully. That will be the personal reward.
If I do not believe 1 Cor 15:3-4, then I am not saved and so will not have a prior resurrection. My salvation will come at the very latest when death is abolished (1 Cor 15:20-28). I will be dead no more. All the evidence for God and His love will be physically displayed before me. At that time I will voluntarily believe. Guaranteed. God is the Guarantor.
